Any tips on going Vegan, I know you cant have dairy products and other such products from animals. But I at least want to do this with the food I eat.
I am not very clued up with what you need to surivive and nutrition, thought I would throw it out there on the Internet and find out. Want to be sure im not doing any damage to myself in the proccess.

You should read the book "Becoming Vegan." It has lots of info on the nutrition aspect. I was sort of obsessed with it when I first went vegan, but relaxed a bit when I started taking a vegan multivitamin. It's a little redundant since I do eat well and get most (all) of my vitamins and minerals from my food, but it gives me peace of mind.
Having been vegan for a few months now, I can assure you that it isn't that hard and you probably don't have anything to worry about if you are already eating a well-rounded, diverse diet. By this, I mean eating lots of different kinds of fruits and veggies, whole grains, protein sources (tofu, beans, etc) daily. Good luck to you.

read up about nutrition is really important too, read becoming vegan or/and other books, facts and articles about a vegan lifestyle might be a nice start as well.
