On the TV morning show, The View, Mrs. Obama seems to have said thatObama was "sweet and pathetic" . That appears to have caused quite a stir.

Did Mrs. Obama misspeak, or did the audience mishear? The ruffled Mrs. Obama migtht have actually said "sweet,empatheti c". Em... I would think she did say empathetic, unless she was victim to a Freudian slip.

Whether Obama turns out to be pathetic or empathetic as a political figure, if he gets elected as president, remains to be seen.

His strong words, or some would say harsh words, to the US-Israeli lobby, the AIPAC, where he left little room for the Palestinians to manoeuvre, show an attitude that can hardly be described as empathetic. Before he starts, he is already dashing the hopes of many that a true solution with justice can be found in the troubled land of Israel/Palestine.

I watched that show and she did good
