The UK Border Agency revealed yesterday (April 3) that it will be challenging a judge's recent decision to lift the ban that prohibited Snoop Dogg from entering the country.
As reported earlier, Snoop was banned from the UK in 2006 because of his criminal record and a widely reported altercation between his entourage and British authorities at London's Heathrow Airport.
Snoop would appeal the ban earlier this year and a judge would lift it in February.
According to The Press Association, The Border Agency will challenge the lifted ban in a hearing on Monday (April 7).
“We were disappointed with the judge's decision in this case,” said a spokesman for The Border Agency.
A ruling in the case is not expected to be given on Monday.
