New Scary Movie

Has anyone seen that new horror movie called They Wait? I saw it at the store and I bought it and its crazy scary, its one of those Grudge type movies, but scarier in my opinion. I guess I'm just a horror junkie.

Is it actually interesting? I wouldn't mind renting it. I like horror movies myself but is it really good?
