Regaurdless of what your doc says it is still releasing hormones into your system, it is a VERY low does but it is released into your system. your OB is NOT going to tell you that but it is true. So just like any other hormonal BC it can cause acne. Since I got mind fitted i have notice a large increase in the amount of pimples i get all over.
