Gamucci : An E-cigarette or The New Smoking Method

This sounds crazy! It's an e-cigarette that looks and feels like a real cigarette, but without the side effects.

If you are a smoker, would you switch to the e-cigarette?
If you are not a smoker, would you feel totally safe to smoke the e-cigarette?
