I Always weigh myself every saturday but for some reason i am gaining weight but
I Always exercise and i hardly eat food. Any advice?

Eat less calories than your body needs. Ensure that what you do eat is a balanced diet. No junk food of any kind.

I'm the same. I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, but I don't put any on but I don't lose any either.
I don't care about my stomach, it's my hips I want to lose it from. Anyone have any ideas?

Losing weight from hips can be a real bummer. Sometimes the only way is liposuction - assuming that proper diet and exercise haven't worked. Far better not to gain the weight in the first place!

Eat less especially at night .If you really want to eat or drink ,just eat fruit and drink milk .

I was the same way... lose a little weight... gain some, all or more back even when I was closely watching what I was eating and exercising. I spent months on this roller coaster only to lose a few lbs. I thought about joining Weight Watchers but the cost! I was willing to spend money to lose this weight but not that much. I did find success. ROCdiva is right but I needed help so I started a program that I found on the internet. I know, most of this stuff is garbage out there and I almost did not buy it because of its name but I am sure glad I did. In 3 months, I have lost 42 lbs! I had to buy all new clothing, as my pants were all too big. A good friend of mine directed me to this website solutionsexist.com/HealthyWeightLoss/BodyFat.htm . It provides some good info but I was more interested in the reviews on some weight loss products. I purchased the "Strip That Fat" (I know, the name is stupid) program for $47 which is much cheaper than Weight Watchers. It helped me track my progress, told me what I was doing wrong with my diet/exercise and helped me plan my meals. I have not had the same meal since I started the program (except for a couple favorites). The part I like best is the grocery list generator as it cuts out all of the guesswork on what I should buy. One benefit from this program is my family also eats these meals with me without too many complaints from the kids (veggies are always a hard sell). What you need to do is find something that will work for you too and stick with it. Anyway, I have only 31 lbs left to go and I am looking forward to spring for the first time in a long time.
