I myself do sit ups, benching, curls, and both foward and backword leg curls.
With the sit ups all I really do is just do 500 in one go and thats my sit ups haha. Benching I do 70 reps in an hour, doing it in sets of 10 every ten minutes. And with the curl and leg curls I follow the same plan as the benching. With my schedule it would go like Day one- Benching Day two- Curling Day three- Sit ups and leg curls And the process repeats like that. I also drink a gallon of water a day... Helps the muscle heal faster.
